DESIGN
If you know what your dream house/building is going to look like,we can help you realize it in 3D! We can help you enhance it as well as advise you on the practicality proper to your budget.

SUBMISSION DRAWING
Before building your house/building, you will have to submit your plans to the authority and get the approval. We can produce the drawings required and help you to be one step closer to obtaining the approval.

TENDER/ CONSTRUCTION
DRAWING
When you want to build your design, the contractor needs detailed plans and drawings to know how to build it the way you want it. We can produce the complete set of the necessary drawings as needed by the contractor.

INTERIOR DESIGN
If you need help decorating your house or any kinda of space, whether it's new or old, we can help you create the interior atmosphere as you like it to be - calming, exciting or intriguing!
Service Limitation
1. We do not have the capacity to bear the signature of the architect which is required during the Submission to the Authority phase.
2. We do not do printing jobs. We only provide the files in softcopy, saved in the format most convenient (CD or email attachment) for you and the printer person, or as desired.
3. We do not submit any hardcopies to any parties including your own, e.g. submitting submission drawings to the authorities, or submitting tender drawings to you or your intended clients.
4. We do not perform any construction jobs, although we may advise you on the aspect.
5. While we do not undertake coordination responsibilities, our services do include some form of communicating with the authorities and other consultants/ professionals (engineers, architects, marketing agents, etc) regarding the design/project.
6. We have the right to refuse any work we have not agreed to accept due to shortage of manpower, time and/or ability.
7. We shall not be responsible for any failure of the construction of the project, be it structurally, mechanically, architecturally and/or any other forms of failure on site. Clients are to seek advice and endorsement from professional and certified architects, engineers and contractors, etc as needed to ensure the safety and success of the project’s construction on site.
