Depending on your target client’s needs, it may be wiser for you invest on improving the condition of the house, providing a fully furnished house or presenting the potential of the land to your potential clients. With budget in mind, here is what we do to help you on these:

Full ID - fully furnished
Includes ceiling, wall, floor, cabinetry, bathrooms new designs. To attract buyers/tenants looking for an immediate stay who have limited time to think about/achieve comfortable living, but ready to spend an amount of money for such an arrangement.

Basic ID - fully furnished
Includes basic, necessary additional design, like a couple of feature walls and cabinetry. To attract buyers/tenants looking for an immediate stay who have limited time and budget to achieve comfortable living.

ID from existing furniture/items
You can fashion your house/space using the furniture you already have. You don’t have to spend extra money for new furniture and decoration items. However, we will advise on any necessary furniture/items that you may get new if you don’t have them yet.

3D Model only
3D model of a house or any type of building on an empty land, to effectively present to your clients the potential of the land. Upon purchasing the land, it is up to the buyer what he is planning to build on the land, but if he is interested in the house design you showed him, we can produce you the detailed design as well as the full set of architectural construction drawings for the contractors to start building it.
We visit your house/property and take the necessary measurements. Then we’ll start on the design in a 3D model so that effective communication is achieve amongst us. Depending on your needs and what you’re looking for, you may only want a 3D model to view, or you may also want it to be constructed at your land/house/space. Our services and charges are flexible and we’ll able to cater to your needs.
